The large cold zone also helps to extend oil life and reduce waste, as more food residue collects at the cooler part of the tank, preventing food debris from burning in the oil. In addition, the on-board electronics provide handy extra features such as HACCP alarms, a tank cleaning cycle as well as a preheating and holding function at 100°C.
