Splatter shield for Mark ll / Mark V  fryer. Each shield is made of a sheet of stainless steel with a strip on the bottom for holding onto the Belshaw Feed table/ fryer area where the pre-fried product enters the oil. This shield helps protect from oil splash when the conveyor moves forward and places the donuts into the oil as you are loading new trays to be fried.
